A musician, producer, DJ, and lifelong House music enthusiast, DJ ShinDigg hails from Maywood, Illinois. When he's not performing, he's in the studio crafting original tracks, refining mixes, and pushing his sound forward. Over the years, he has played in countless local nightclubs, shared the booth with respected hometown heavy-hitters, DJ'd special events, and built a presence through his own YouTube shows. David Taitts (AKA DJ Biggwhite)

Born December 26, 1970 in Chicago, Illinois, David Taitts — better known as DJ Biggwhite — is a lifelong DJ whose roots run deep in the culture. He attended Provos East High School in Maywood and started spinning at just 14 years old. By age 20, he and his cousin DJ ShinDigg were holding it down at the Warehouse — the legendary spot in Maywood — in the early '90s. After that, Biggwhite became a go-to mobile DJ, rocking weddings, proms, family reunions, repasses, and just about any event that needed a soundtrack. In 2023, he joined The MixGodz alongside DJ Marvin (CEO and founder of Z100TheBeat.com), DJ ShinDigg, MixMaster T, and a few others. The crew specializes in House, Hip-Hop, R&B, and Old School — and you can hear them all every Saturday night on the Saturday Night Dance Party, starting at 7PM with Biggwhite in the mix. My first interest started as most Chicago DJs did — with the fascination of the way the Hot Mix 5 put their music together, not just house music but R&B. I attended Jackson State University in the '80s and a friend of mine had me fill in for him in a local club as DJ, and I became a resident and went on to start my own collection and numerous local gigs until I moved back to Chicago and continued. That's when I started listening to WBMX plus other local DJs, and even though I can't read music, I figured out the pattern of blending music.
